Finish 14 By Fall – Project Pan INTRO (My Biggest Project EVER?!)

As one project pan wraps up, another begins! Doing these projects on my blog keeps me so motivated to work through my products, and I love taking the progress pictures and doing update posts! This is the biggest project I’ve EVER done, and I’m so nervous and excited for the challenge. I’m going to try to finish up 14 items by September 22nd which is the first official day of fall.

I’ve included some full size products all the way down to sample and foil packet sized products, and I’ve decided that I’m going to make this a ROLLING project pan, which meas that I’ll be adding in a product as soon as I use one up! Since I’ve got some challenging items here, I don’t want to lose focus and get discouraged if I’m not able to finish one, so I’m going to add in fresh new items so that I can get to that 14 item mark.

1. Burt’s Bees Grapefruit Lip Balm

This is a carry over from my Products to Use Up in 2017 challenge, but since that is half way over, I needed to carry over a couple of items to help keep that challenge rolling along. This lip balm is just under the halfway mark, so it should be easy to get done by the end of this project (not to mention grapefruit is the perfect flavor to finish in the summertime so that I don’t have to carry it into fall).

2. ModelCo Lip Gloss

I’ve had this lip gloss sample for a year now, and I’ve only used it 3 or 4 times! It’s going to expire soon, and I want to get some use out of it before it does. I figured summertime would be the perfect season to use up a gloss.

3. Pan on any Chocolate Bar Shade

I want to hit pan on any shade in my Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette. I’m guessing it’ll be in either white chocolate, milk chocolate, or marzipan at this point because they have the biggest dips in them! Hopefully I’ll be able to do all three if I really push it.

4. Pan on L’oreal Lumi Highlighter

This is hands down the HARDEST product I’ve ever had the idea to include in a project pan. I want to try super hard to hit pan on my BRAND NEW L’oreal Highlighter. If I can get a serious dip in this by the end of the project, I’m going to let myself buy the rose gold shade in this line which will be stunning for fall.

5. L’oreal Magic BB Cream

This is another new product that I’m going to try to power through. My skin is super oily, and this BB Cream is the most mattifying BB I’ve ever tried, but it’s still a BB and it still makes me shiny by the end of the day. I’m hoping this doesn’t make me into a disaster during the hot summer months. I’m really vibing with the lighter coverage that a BB Cream offers during the summer for a more natural dewy look, so I want to aim to use this up before fall rolls around and I start craving the full coverage matte look.

6. Be Fine Gentle Cleanser sample

I’m throwing in this completely full sample sized tube of the Be Fine Gentle Cleanser. I just barely cracked this guy open and there seems to be a lot of product in here, but I’m confident I can get this used up in the next couple of weeks since cleanser samples don’t take too long.

7. Rimmel Kate Lipstick

Yes, the Rimmel lipstick has returned into this project pan from my Products to Use Up in 2017 challenge. I think I’ve used this lipstick all of one time this entire year, so this really needs some work before the end of the year. The last thing I want is to be stuck wearing this and only this for months because I didn’t make enough progress with it early on.

8. ELF Foil Packet Duo

I’m throwing in this foil packet because I know it will never get used otherwise, but I’m counting it as one product. This duo came with a recent ELF order and it has their face primer on one side and an eye cream on the other. Even though these are single packets, don’t let it fool you into thinking this is an easy win! These have at least 10 or 12 uses on each side easily.

9. Fierce Flicks Eyeliner

I would really like to finish up an eyeliner since I already have a couple of backups and one to purchase in mind. I’m choosing this Ciate London one because it’s the one I’ve already been using for a while.

10. Skin & Co Truffle Toner

I really like this toner, and I want to make sure I use up the whole thing instead of letting it sit in my drawer half empty for months and months because I’m “saving it” (does anyone else do this?! You fall in love with a product and then let it go bad because you don’t want to go through the withdrawl of using it up…I’m a mess).

11. Beauty Protector Hair Oil

This is another sample that is going to sit in my drawer forever if I don’t use it up. I have a couple of leave in conditioner type products that need some love, but I’ve been neglecting them because I have so much hair oil to use up.

12. Ultra Repair Cream Sample

I’ve used this sample five or six times, and it may look like a small container that will be easy to use, but this moisturizer is THICK and you really only need the smallest amount of this to cover your entire face. I’ve had this tube for a long time and I just recently got another sample of this in an ipsy, so this needs to go! (If I’m being honest, this really isn’t an ideal product for summer since it’s such a heavy moisturizer, but I’m going to try to resist using other things and power through).

13. Japanese Cherry Blossom Hand Soap

This isn’t makeup or beauty related, but I really want to get this used up and out of my bathroom! I’m REALLY not a fan of this scent from Bath & Body Works, and I don’t like the formula of this soap range either. This isn’t quite halfway done, so I don’t know how realistic this is to think I’ll finish it in 4 months, but I sure am going to try.

14. Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eyeshadow Primer

I’m really not the biggest fan of this primer, and this is another product that I’m going to have a hard time with because of how long it takes to actually use up one of these. eyeshadow primers in general usually take me at least a year if not two to get through, so this is definitely ambitious to include in the project, but I want it gone!

I hope you enjoyed seeing what I included in this next project pan, and I hope you’ll stick around to see my updates and see how many of these items I’m able to finish up by September 22nd! Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and thank you for your constant love and support on all of my posts! I’ll talk to you real soon!!!

Finish 7 By Summer Project Pan – Update #2

I’m here today with my second update for my Project Pan challenge! If you missed the intro post and update number one for this series, please make sure to go check both of them out to see where I started and hear my thoughts on the products that I finished in the first update! I’ve decided that I’m going to wrap up this challenge on June 1st so that I can start a fall Project Pan to work on over the summer, which means I have about a month left to go on this project! I this has flown by and I can’t believe this is my last update for this challenge before I wrap it up next month. Let’s get into the products:

What I finished: UPDATE ONE:

I’m going to run through all of the products that I finished by my first update so that I’m not repeating myself on the same items. Again, if you’re at all interested in hearing my thoughts, go check out the first update post, but let’s go ahead and list them off so we can get into the rest of the products.

Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 Foundation

Lasting Smiles Peppermint Lip Balm

Skin Iceland Eye Cream

What I Finished: UPDATE TWO:

I’ve only finished up one other product for this second update, but I’m pretty close on some other products, so I’m hopeful that we’ll have at least 5 out of 7 finished by the finale next month!

Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Pressed Powder

I finished up the rest of my Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless powder! I used this every day and toward the end I went ahead and scraped the edges and used it as a loose powder to set my undreyes. This is one of my all time favorite powders, and I’m already using a new one as I write this post.

What I’m Still Working On:

Now let’s get into the three products that I have left in this challenge! As I’m writing this, there’s only 25 days left until June 1st which is when this challenge wraps up, so I need to get moving on these last products!!

Garnier Clearly Brigher Moisturizer Sample

This moisturizer has so little product left in it! This will be done by my wrap up, I’m just squeezing the last few uses out of it.

ColourPop Blush “Between the Sheets”

This product technically was only in my project to hit pan on it, which I accomplished in the first update. I went ahead and added this to my Products to Use Up in 2017 challenge, so I’ve still been using it a lot and wanted to show the progress on this. I’ve still been loving this blush and I’m using it 5 or 6 times a week.

Makeup Forever “N9” Lipstick Sample

This lipstick sample is just a little nub now! I’m so proud of all of the progress I’ve made on this, and I’m still wanting to buy a full size when I finish up the sample. I’m definitely hopeful that this will be done by my wrap up next month, but if it’s not completely gone then it should be pretty darn close by then. I’ve been keeping this on my desk at work which has helped me remember to reach for it more often, but I’m hoping to step it up in order to push through the last little bit before my wrap up.

I hope you enjoyed seeing the last update before my wrap up for this project pan! Thank you so much for stopping by, and I’ll see you next time.

Finish 7 by Summer – Project Pan UPDATE #1

Today I’m going to be sharing my first update from my Finish 7 by Summer Project Pan (if you missed the intro post for this challenge, go check it out right here!). I’ve already finished a couple of products, and I’m still pushing the other ones super hard to finish them up by the end of this project. (I still haven’t decided if I’m going to end this challenge on June 1st or the actual first day of summer which is June 22nd. I’ll definitely have made up my mind by my May 1st update based on how many items I have left to finish!) Let’s get into the products!

Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 Foundation

I finished this foundation mid-March, and I kind of didn’t realize that I had so little left of this. It was super quick and easy to use this up, and it honestly wasn’t much of a challenge for this Project Pan (but that’s okay because it was an easy win to keep me motivated).

Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Powder

I’ve made some awesome progress with this powder!! This is so close to being gone, and I’ve really been trying to scrape out the last little bit when I set my undereyes in the morning.

Garnier Clearly Brighter Moisturizer Sample

I’ve been using this moisturizer almost every day, and I feel like I’m making some progress with it. I don’t think this will be done by the next update, but I’m very hopeful that it will be used up by the end of the challenge.

Lasting Smiles Peppermint Lip Balm

I’m so excited that I was able to finish up this lip balm! Now that it’s gone and I’ve been without it for a couple weeks, I do really miss it. I loved this product, and I would definitely love if ipsy would send out another one of these.

Skyn Iceland Eye Cream

This was another project that I finished early on in March because I actually didn’t realize how little I had left in here. Again, this wasn’t much of a challenge product, but I’m really happy that I have this out of my collection.

ColourPop Blush “Between the Sheets”

I’m super excited that I hit pan on this blush! I was on a roll with this guy and was using it every day, but I’ve gotten a couple of new blushes in the last couple weeks that I’ve been wanting to play with, so I haven’t been loving this blush so much anymore (which makes me nervous for the next update).

Makeup Forever “N9” Lipstick Sample

I’ve been using the Makeup Forever lipstick quite a bit, and I’ve made some pretty good progress with it in the last month. I still really love this lipstick, and I’m really wanting to buy a full size of it when I finish the sample.

I hope you guys enjoyed update number one for this Project Pan challenge!! This has been so much fun, and I’ve really been getting the push I need to finish up some things in my collection! Thanks so much for stopping by, and I’ll see you next time!

Products to Use Up in 2017 – March Update

I’m so excited to share my first update on my Products to Use Up in 2017 challenge! If you missed the intro post, definitely go check that out before reading the rest of this update. I’m super excited that I’ve already used up quite a few of the products, and there’s also a few items that I’ve gone ahead and decluttered from my makeup collection.

When I first started this challenge, I wanted it to be a true “products that I want to use up” challenge. In the last 3 months, I’ve decided that I actually want to make this into more of a “use it or lose it” challenge. Every single item on the list of things to use up will be out of my collection by December 31, 2017 whether I use it up, give it away, or toss it. I think this will help me to stay motivated because I really do want to get my money’s worth out of all of these items. If I know that something will be thrown away or donated by the end of the year, I’m much more likely to stick with using all of it up.

Covergirl Clean Matte BB Cream

I finally gave up on my Covergirl BB Cream. I have a whole review post dedicated to this product, but to summarize: the product itself was kinda just meh. I was committed to powering through the rest of this, but I found that it was 2 or 3 full shades too dark for me to wear it on its own, and when I mixed it with my normal foundation, it made me super shiny by the end of the day. I decided that it would be better to just toss this than try to suffer through the rest of the tube (because honestly, the point of this challenge isn’t to make myself suffer through things that I don’t like or want to use just for the sake of using it up).

Stroke of Beauty Brow Pencil

This was another product that I kinda just felt meh about. I’ve realized that I honestly just prefer pomades and tinted gel to brow pencils. They’re faster and easier for me in the mornings, and I felt like this brow pencil ripped out a ton of brow hairs every time I used it. Again, I don’t want to force myself to use something I hate, so I went ahead and got rid of this.

Illamasqua Liquid Liner

As I mentioned in the intro post, I always try to use up an eyeliner throughout the year, and this was the liner I chose. I got this in an ipsy, and I honestly thought I would like this. However, after using it for a couple of months, I realized how difficult it was to use. This liner made it very difficult to get an even line, and the liner itself was very clumpy and goopy. I decided to go ahead and toss it instead of forcing myself to use it (especially since I stopped wearing liquid liner during the month of February because of how much I hated using this. When you would rather skip a step altogether than use the product, you know it’s a bad product).

I decided that for every item I declutter, I’m going to add an item in to replace it. I also want to add a few items so that I’ll use up 17 items in 2017. So here are the PRODUCTS THAT I’M ADDING TO THE CHALLENGE:

Garnier Clearly Brighter Daily Moisturizer

I added this sample to my Finish 7 By Summer Project Pan challenge that I just started, and I thought I would go ahead and add it to my Products to Use Up in 2017 challenge as well just in case it isn’t done by summer. I’m about 1/3 of the way through this guy.

Maybelline Fit Me Matte + Poreless Powder

I’m putting this in to replace the Covergirl Matte BB cream as another face product to use up. This is another item in my Finish 7 By Summer Project Pan, and this is another one that I’m not super confident will be used up by summer, so I want to put it in the project to make sure that I use it up.

Bath & Body Works Winter Candle

This candle is about halfway gone, but winter is over and spring is here and I really don’t want to have to put a halfway burned candle away for another year, so I’m going to force myself to use it up. This has a super strong scent throw, so I usually can’t leave it burning for more than about an hour at a time, which means this is going to take forever to use up. I’ve been really pushing it hard the last couple of weeks, but I thought I would throw this into  the project to make myself finish it.

ColourPop Super Shock Blush “Between the Sheets”

This is a super bold move, but I’m going to go ahead and throw my ColourPop blush into this project. I figured that since it’s a cream product, it’ll take me less time to use it up. ColourPop also has a shorter shelf life than normal powder products, so if I don’t finish this by the end of the year, I’m sure it’s going to start going bad around then anyway. This has a super huge dip in it and I’m right about to hit pan.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

I’m super excited that I was finally able to finish up my Urban Decay Primer Potion. These eyeshadow primer tubes last forever, and this one was starting to get old (even though I use it every single day. How do they get so much product in there?!).

Benefit BrowVo Brow Conditioning Primer

I got this product as a sample from Sephora, and I didn’t really feel like it did anything special to my brows. I’m happy that this is gone, and it’s just one more thing on my list of things that I don’t need to buy from Sephora (and we all know that anything you can add to the “I don’t need this” list is so helpful because the temptation is real).

And finally, let’s wrap up with PRODUCTS THAT I’M STILL WORKING ON USING UP:

Lasting Smiles Peppermint Lip Balm

I have just a teeny little bit of this lip balm left, and I really like this stuff! I got this in an ipsy, and I’ve had it at my bedside table for almost a year now. This came with so much product in it! This is actually almost gone, so I’m sure that I’ll have it on the finished list by the next update.

Burt’s Bees Pink Grapefruit Lip Balm

I’ve been using this lip balm slowly but surely. I put it on my lips every single morning when I’m about to put on my makeup, but I have a feeling this is going to be another one that takes forever to use up.

Makeup Forever N9 Lipstick Sample

I’ve reached for this lipstick a little bit, and I’ve been keeping it in my purse to help myself remember to reach for it more often. This is the perfect shade to slap on without a mirror, and every time I use it I think about how much I like it. I just need to remember to grab it!

Benefit Gimme Brow Sample

I’ve gotten quite a bit of use out of my Benefit Gimme Brow sample in the last couple of months! I love this for super quick lazy days when I don’t feel like pulling out my brow brush. I’m definitely going to purchase this or a similar product when I use this up, because I really do feel like it’s earned its place in my collection.

Kardashian Beauty Black Seed Dry Oil

I use this hair oil every single time I get out of the shower, but it comes with tons of product in it, so I don’t know how quickly I’ll be able to use this up. I’ve noticed that the bottle is starting to feel a little bit lighter than it used to.

Sea Breeze Toner

I’ve honestly only grabbed for this product 2 or 3 times since the intro, and I think I honestly just need to pull it out of the drawer and set it out on the counter to remind myself to use it.

Golden Pear & Brown Sugar Shower Gel

I’m so excited that this shower gel is almost done! This has one more use ledt in it, and I was wanting to wait to do this update until it was gone, but at least we know there will be one more finished product in the next update.

Rimmel London Kate Lipstick

I brought this lipstick to work and wore it quite a bit during January, but I haven’t really touched it at all since then. I need to bring it home with me and remember to apply it before I walk out the door.

Any Bath & Body Works Spray

I’ve decided that the spray I’m going to continue working on for the whole year will be the Golden Pear & Brown Sugar Body Spray! This is a super warm, sweet vanilla cookie scent, and I’ve been using it every day as well as using it as a bathroom and room spray. As you can see from the picture on the left, this started out completely full at the beginning of the year and I’ve made so much progress with it! I’m very hopeful that it’ll be done by the end of the year.

Any Bath & Body Works Full Size Lotion

I’ve also settled on the lotion that I’ll work on through the year, and it’s going to be my Fresh Sparkling Snow Body Cream. I adore the smell of this, and it’s super moisturizing on my hands! I use this every morning, and I’ve also been using it every night before bed lately. This is already about halfway gone (it was probably about 1/4 of the way done when the year started), so I know I can finish it by the end of the year (and possibly even before the next update if I push it really hard).

I hope you enjoyed seeing this update! Let me know if you’re doing this challenge as well and how many things you’ve been able to finish up so far! Thank you so much for stopping by, and I’ll see you next time!

Finish 7 By Summer – Project Pan INTRO

Welcome back to my blog! Today I’m going to be tackling another Project Pan challenge! If you’re not familiar with Project Pan’s, the whole idea behind them is to finish a certain amount of products during a designated amount of time. I did a Finish 5 By Winter Project Pan on my blog before, and I decided that it would be fun to start a new challenge (as if my Products to Use Up In 2017 challenge isn’t enough, of course I want to add another makeup use up project)! Let’s get into the products I want to use up in the next 3 months!

Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 Foundation

This is one of my two favorite foundations of all time, and I have just a tiny bit of this left. I know that if I don’t include this in the challenge, I’ll end up letting the little bit sit for months on end (am I the only one that does this?! I like a product so much that I don’t want to finish it because I don’t want to be without it). So I’m going to go ahead and toss this into the challenge, but I’m sure it’ll be gone by the next update (it’s already to the point where I have to unscrew the pump and dump it out).

Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless Powder

This is one of my two favorite powders of all time, and again I’m getting close to being done with this powder. This is the one that I typically use with the Covergirl foundation, so it makes sense to throw this into the project as well. I can foresee myself finishing the foundation and having a bunch of this powder left over, so I’m going to put it in the project to make myself continue using it after the foundation is done.

Garnier Clearly Brighter Moisturizer Sample

I got this sample moisturizer when I purchased the Miceller Water from Garnier, and this little tube came jam packed to the top with product! This has SPF in it, so I thought it would be perfect for spring and early summer.

Lasting Smiles Peppermint Lip Balm

This is a lip balm that I’m working on in my Products to Use Up in 2017 challenge, so I thought I’d toss it in here because it’s almost done with it, and I need that final push to finish it up.

Skyn Iceland Eye Cream

I got this eye cream in my November BoxyCharm, and I don’t really feel like it does much for my eyes. While it’s been nice to have the little extra moisturization during the winter months, this isn’t something that I want to use when the seasons start to change. I’m going to try to bust the rest of this out before it starts getting too warm outside, but this is seriously the product that never ends!

Colourpop Blush “Between the Sheets”

If you saw my recent ColourPop Haul, you’ll know how excited I was to try out this blush. I’ve been loving the color and the formula, but I know ColourPop products dry out pretty quickly since they’re creams, so I want to get as much use out of this as possible in the next few months. While I have no intentions of actually using this up, I would love to hit some pan on this blush during this project.

Makeup Forever “N9” Lipstick Sample

And finally, we have the return of the Makeup Forever lipstick sample in the shade N9. This is another product that I have in my Products to Use Up in 2017 challenge, but yet again, this is starting to get down pretty small, so I need a good push to finish it up and get it out of my collection.

I haven’t decided exactly when I want to end this project (the first official day of summer is June 20th, but June 1st is the first day of summer in my mind, so I guess I’ll just see where I’m at around June 1st and if I need more time I’ll go ahead and extend it the extra 20 days). I hope you’ll follow along with my update posts of this project, and I hope that you enjoy these Project Pan’s. These types of posts are so fun for me, and they keep me so motivated to keep using up products. Thank you so much for stopping by, and I’ll see you next time!

Products to Use Up in 2017

Today I’m going to be talking about all of the things I want to use up during the year of 2017! 2016 was the first year that I tried out one of these “makeup use-up challenges” over the entire year, and I’m so happy to say that I used up every single item that I had listed I wanted to use in 2016 (and toward the middle of the year I started adding new items to the list of things to use because I had finished all of my items by June lol).
I definitely recommend making a list of items you want to use up in 2017; it really keeps you motivated to keep working with old products and challenges you to try to use things you normally just leave sitting around. Without further ado, let’s get into my list of products!

Lasting Smiles Peppermint Creme lip balm

This lip balm came with so much product in it, and I’ve had it at my bedside table for most of 2016 and still haven’t used it up yet. I own a dozen mint lip balms, and I would really like to move this one out of my collection.

Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion

I usually have to repurchase one of these eyeshadow primers once every couple years or so, which means this product is starting to get really old. I need to hurry and use this up so that I can move on to a different shadow primer. (I have a whole review post of this product on my blog that you can go check out!)

Burt’s Bees Pink Grapefruit lip balm

I got a whole set of Burt’s Bees lip balms for Christmas, and this is definitely my least favorite flavor of the set. I’m putting this on my list so that I can be challenged to use it up (because otherwise I know it’ll just sit around and never be touched).

Covergirl Clean Matte BB Cream

I want to try to finish up my Covergirl Matte BB cream during the year. This is another product that I’m not the biggest fan of but I want to get it out of my collection. (I did a whole review of this product that you can go check out!)

Makeup Forever lipstick sample “N9”

I featured this lipstick sample in my Finish 5 by Winter Project Pan and (spoiler alert) I wasn’t able to finish it up by the time the project was over. I’m really hoping that I can power through the rest of this lipstick during the year because it’s definitely starting to be on the old side.

Benefit Browvo! Conditioning Primer

I got this as a sample from Sephora and I’ve got to admit that I don’t think it really does anything. I want to try to use this up so that it doesn’t keep laying around.

Benefit Gimme Brow

This is a sample size of the Benefit Gimme Brow that I want to use up. I like this brow gel a lot, but I want to try to focus on not having so many sample sized items rolling around.

Stroke of Beauty Sculpting Brow Pencil

I cashed in my ipsy points for this brow pencil going on 6 months ago and still haven’t tried it out once. I definitely want to try this, and I would love to use this up (again, one less thing to have rolling around my drawers).

Illamasqua Black Liquid Liner

This is one of the oldest makeup items that I have received in a subscription, and it’s the next one up for me to use. I usually take quite a while to get through liquid liners, but I like to throw one into my yearly use up list.

Kardashian Beauty Black Seed Dry Oil

I’ve been using this hair oil for about a year now and I would really like to use it up and try out a new oil this year.

Sea Breeze Toner

I’ve mentioned on my second blog that I’m trying to transition to more natural products and not have so many chemicals around, and I really want to try to use up this Sea Breeze Toner and switch to one from Simple.

Golden Pear and Brown Sugar Shower Gel

I have tons of back up shower gels from Bath & Body Works to get through this year, but I thought I’d just put the one I’m currently using on the list to keep it simple.

Rimmel London Kate Lipstick

This is actually a lipstick that I’ve had set aside to declutter for months now but I’ve decided that I’m going to try to use it up instead. It’s a matte neutral shade, and I’m hoping that I’ll be able to get through it quickly if I wear it everyday (it’s going to be a challenge for me to have two lipsticks on this list because I hardly wear lipstick, but maybe this will challenge me to start wearing it again).

Any Bath & Body Works Body Spray

I’ve been trying to push through these body sprays from Bath & Body Works but I have a hard time making progress on them because I rotate them by season which means I’m using a different one every couple of months. I’m hoping that I can finish one up this year, but as you can see I don’t even have one that’s halfway gone right now, so this is definitely a challenge item for me.

Any Bath & Body Works Lotion

Every lotion I own from B&BW is almost completely full right now, so I want to challenge myself to use any one of them up this year. I typically put on a very small amount of lotion every morning, so hopefully I’ll be able to get through one of these if I really concentrate on the same one all year.

Sample Sized Products

I’m really annoyed with all of the mini sample sized bottles rolling around my drawers, and I’d love to finish all of them up by the end of the year. This is a challenge because I still have a makeup subscription that sends me 5 sample sized items every month, but I’m going to try my best.
What are you trying to use up this year? Let me know in a comment down below! Thanks so much for stopping by, and I’ll see you next time!

Finish 5 by Winter Finale & Wrap-Up

Today I’m going to be sharing my finale of my Finish 5 by Winter Project Pan! I wish I had another month with these products, because I would definitely be able to finish more of them by then, but I’m happy with the progress I’ve been able to make in the last month. If you missed the past posts for this project, catch up on the IntroUpdate #1, and Update #2 before seeing the finale!!

Makeup Forever N9 Lipstick

As you can see, I didn’t end up finishing this lipstick. I made quite the little dent in it, but I wish I would’ve been a little more dedicated to this product throughout the project. I’m definitely including this in my Products to Use Up in 2017 challenge though, so stay tuned for that.

Anastasia DipBrow Pomade

Im so pleased with how much of this I’ve used, and I don’t think the picture really does this one justice. There’s so little product left, I’d probably barely be able to make it another month with this guy. I’m definitely happy with tossing the rest of this since I’ll have a shiny new jar waiting for me on Christmas morning.

Nivea Lip Butter

I got so close to finishing this product up, but as I’ve said, I have another newer one of these sitting at my bedside table right now, so I’m definitely going to just toss this one (it’s hella old anyway).

Milk Makeup Lip + Cheek Stick

This is another one that I got so close to finishing, and I think with another couple weeks I definitely could have this gone.

Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer

And last but not least, I finished up my Maybelline Age Rewind concealer!! I’m happy to have this gone so that I can go out and buy a new one! Tarte Shape Tape here I come (if I can ever find it in stock)!

I hope you guys have enjoyed this Project Pan! I’m so excited to start up my “Products to Use Up in 2017” soon! Thanks so much for stopping by today!
