Yes, you read that title correctly. I’ve officially ditched Birchbox and instead I’ve subscribed to BoxyCharm!! Although I wasn’t planning on unboxing my first BoxyCharm box until October, I’m over the moon that I ended up getting September’s box (it’s a good one)!!! Let’s get into it!
All of the products come beautifully arranged (and the fragile ones have bubble wrap!!) which is such a nice change from having everything thrown into the box (looking at you Birchbox). I’m already loving this box!
The first sample I pulled out is the Butter London nail polish in the shade “Yummy Mummy”. This is the full size and it retails for $15! Already almost the entire box price just from the first sample. I loooooove this neutral color, and I’ll be painting it on as soon as I’m done writing this post. 😂💅🏻
Next we have the Hikari eyeliner in the shade Raven (it’s black). This is the full size and it retails for $13. I always love receiving black eyeliners in subscription boxes, because I know it’s something I’ll eventually use. Really excited about this sample as well!
Next up is this Project Beauty Hairgurt (cute little play on hair yogurt) and this is a hair mask in the strawberry banana fragrance. This smells exactly like the pink sweet tart candy! This is the full size and it retails for $11. I’m so excited to give this a try!!!
And here’s the swatch. This is the full size and it retails for $22 (which is a dollar more than the price of the box, that’s insane!). The box also came with a 25% off coupon code for Pür, which is super cool if you decide you want to buy this product.
This box was amazing, and I think the thing I’m most excited about is that I’m actually going to use every single product that they sent to me. There’s nothing here I’d want to pass on to anyone else. September’s box was a 5 out of 5 for me! I’m hoping this is just the start to many, many months of amazing boxes.
I hope you enjoyed my first BoxyCharm unboxing! If you’d like to see October’s box, go ahead and follow my blog so you’ll be notified when I post my future unboxings. I also do monthly Ipsy posts here, so stay tuned for those as well. Thanks so much for stopping by! I’ll see you next time!
